Dr. Josie Mogeni is a compassionate and dedicated Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a mission to provide holistic, evidence-based care that empowers patients to take an active role in their health journey.
She began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Langston University School of Nursing, graduating Sigma Cum Laude. Driven by a passion for family-centered care, Dr. Mogeni went on to earn a Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and later achieved her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Texas Tech Health Science Center.
Dr. Mogeni is the co-founder and clinical leader of TopCare Family and Wellness Practice, a premier healthcare facility renowned for its patient-centered approach and high-quality care. At TopCare, she provides a wide range of services including chronic disease management, acute care, minor procedures, hormone and weight management, wellness counseling, and more—all within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Believing that the most effective care is collaborative, Dr. Mogeni brings patients to the table as proactive participants in their care plans. She is committed to educating and equipping patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and achieve the best possible health outcomes.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Mogeni is a passionate educator and mentor. She has served as a preceptor to nursing students at various levels, nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
